Rights & licensing

Use BrightPencil material for learning, not for resale.

BrightPencil Kids learning resources, page designs, original illustrations, activity text and brand assets are protected by applicable copyright and other rights unless a resource clearly states a different licence.

Free learning use

Unless a specific resource says otherwise, free BrightPencil printable materials are intended for personal family use, homeschool use, and use by a teacher with their own learners or classroom. You may print the material needed for those learners.

Not permitted

Do not sell or repackage BrightPencil files, upload the PDF files to another download site, remove BrightPencil attribution and present the material as your own, or use BrightPencil characters/branding to imply an unauthorised partnership.

Linking and sharing

You may share a normal link to a BrightPencil public resource page so another family or teacher can obtain the current version from BrightPencil Kids.

Third-party material

If licensed or public-domain material is ever used, its source and rights status should be identified and recorded. BrightPencil does not intentionally republish competitor worksheets or protected textbook pages.
