BrightPencil Kids provides educational practice material for families, teachers and learners. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that respects children, other users and BrightPencil content rights.

Educational support

BrightPencil is a supplementary learning resource. It is not a substitute for a child’s school, qualified educational assessment, medical advice or professional support.

Grown-up responsibility

Grown-ups are responsible for choosing material appropriate to the learner, supervising downloads and printing, and managing any device or browser settings used by the child.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass protected areas, scrape the resource library at scale, misrepresent BrightPencil material as your own, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability

We may correct, replace or remove material when needed for quality, safety, rights or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of every page or file.
